What is a hackathon?

A hackathon is a gathering of software-/web-developers, designers and business strategics to work together on a specific theme or problem. The goal is to come up with a creative, innovative idea or solution in a short amount of time.

How many hours will be reserved for this event?

This two-day event will take 32 hours. For more information, see Program.

Where will the event take place?

This year, because of COVID-19, the event will be hosted fully online.

Do I need coding skills in order to participate?

No, anyone with a curious and creative mind will be eligible to participate.

Do I need experience with hacking or hackathons?

No, you don’t need previous experience. There’s a first time for everything!

Can I join the event with friends?

Yes, you can either sign up as an individual or with a team.
